This position is accountable to the General Manager, Retail for the attainment of monthly and annual sales and profit budgets; for the accomplishment of return on investment objectives; and for the effective utilization and control of corporate assets.

This position requires a　 high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred and 1-2 years of previous management experience.　 Qualified candidates will be conscientious, team players, and have a desire to work hard and put in overtime when necessary.　 Individual must have real and genuine concern for responding to and satisfying customer needs.
